XPLRE.VANLIFE / WORKSHEET 1 OF 3
Plan and document your circuits
Print this blank worksheet for your own build. Complete it from your equipment labels, matching manuals and approved electrical design; it is not Luna’s wiring diagram or a preset wire-sizing guide.
Identify the equipment
| Component | Model / revision / voltage | Manual or diagram reference |
|---|---|---|
| Power Hub | ||
| Batteries and quantity | ||
| Distribution panel | ||
| Air conditioner | ||
| HVAC converter / dedicated connection |
One row per circuit
Use maximum current for design and average watts for energy planning. Identify the supply port and protective device; record one-way cable length separately from any round-trip length used in calculations.
| ID / appliance model | Required V | Max A / avg W | Supply / fuse or breaker | One-way length / conductor |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Connection details
| Circuit ID | Terminal, strip length and specified torque | Photo / drawing reference |
|---|---|---|
Verify cable ampacity, voltage drop, insulation, termination compatibility and protection for each installation. The original EcoFlow panel’s selected DC voltage applies to its connected loads; a 24 V air conditioner does not make 12 V appliances compatible with that setting.

Commission the installation
Use this record alongside the manufacturer’s startup procedure. Wiring inspections and changes require the relevant sources to be isolated; leave energized measurements and protective-device verification to a competent person.
Before battery connection
- Charging inputs isolated and batteries switched off as required by the kit instructions.
- Equipment secured, ventilation paths clear, and cables supported against vibration and abrasion.
- Circuit schedule checked against labels, polarity, connections and protective devices.
- Terminal preparation and specified tightening checked; grounding and AC protection reviewed.
- Communication path and required terminators checked; tools and debris removed; enclosures closed.
Startup and load checks
- Both batteries and intended control components recognized without unresolved faults.
- Selected DC output voltage verified before enabling DC appliances.
- Individual circuits checked against their labels and required operation.
- Expected simultaneous loads checked without overload, abnormal heat or unexpected shutdown.
- Each charging source checked separately within its source and equipment limits.
Results and corrections
| Circuit / source | Result or fault observed | Correction / retest / date |
|---|---|---|
Records to keep
- Final circuit schedule, supported HVAC diagram and source instructions.
- Photos of routes and terminations before covers are installed, plus finished cabinet.
- Installed settings, model labels, invoices and warranty information.
Stop and investigate a recurring trip, abnormal heat, damaged connection or unresolved fault. Remaining battery charge does not establish that the appliance supply is suitable.

Record a representative runtime test
This sheet records observations, not a predicted result. Test only after commissioning, use normal controls and installed monitoring, and stop at your chosen reserve or any fault.
Log the session, including initial cooldown
Record at regular intervals, for example every 30 minutes. Label power as battery-side or appliance-side. Note compressor cycling and any changes to thermostat, loads, charging or shade.
| Time | Battery % | Outside / inside ° | Reported W / input W | Changes / observations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Report the outcome
Average power = measured energy (Wh) ÷ elapsed time (h). Battery-side energy already includes conversion and idle losses. A short percentage change multiplied by nominal battery capacity is only a rough estimate; do not report it as precise energy measurement or efficiency.
